Rehabilitation

Assessment & Rehabilitation

Treatment begins with an assessment of your injury, movement, strength and the physical demands of your sport or activity.

Depending on your injury, treatment may include hands-on physiotherapy, pain management, mobility work, progressive strengthening, exercise rehabilitation and sport-specific conditioning.

As you recover, rehabilitation progresses towards rebuilding strength, control and confidence, with a focus on a safe and sustainable return to sport and exercise.

Return to Sport

Our Goal

Our goal is not simply to settle your symptoms, but to help you understand your injury, restore your physical capacity and reduce the risk of recurring problems.

Whether your aim is returning to competitive sport, running your next race or getting back to the activities you enjoy, your rehabilitation is tailored to your individual goals.
