Annelie qualified as a physiotherapist in 1998 and completed her Master’s in Physiotherapy in 2019. After years of teaching physiotherapy at university level, she retired from lecturing and founded this practice in 2023, bringing more than two decades of clinical and academic experience to every patient she sees. Her pain-management focus shapes a calm, thorough approach, focused on treating the true cause of chronic pain, not just the symptoms.

Julandri is a physiotherapist with 8 years of clinical experience and a special interest in chronic pain, back and neck conditions, and pregnancy-related musculoskeletal problems.

She combines hands-on physiotherapy, movement rehabilitation, exercise and education to provide practical, individualised care. With a particular interest in chronic and complex pain, her focus is on reducing pain, restoring movement and function, and helping patients build confidence in their bodies.

Julandri graduated with distinction in Physiotherapy (BPhysT) in 2018 and continues to expand her expertise through ongoing professional development.
